Baptism / Stand Up Paddle Initiation Class – Booking

This is the perfect option for those who want to experience Stand Up Paddle, in a quiet and wave-free environment (which allows a quicker and easier habituation to the equipment and to the paddle techniques), always accompanied by our instructors, who will give all the necessary instructions so that you can easily acquire all the basic Stand Up Paddle knowledge and techniques.

This 1h class will take place in the magnificent dam of Lagoa Comprida (Long Lagoon), at 1,600m / 5.250ft high, in the middle of Serra da Estrela’s Natural Park – Where we also do the Highest Stand Up Paddle Tour of Portugal.

Price: 20€ / person
Includes: SUP Board, paddle, life jacket, leash, instructor, insurances
Options: Baptism 1h + 1h rental: 30€ / person

Meeting Point: Lagoa Comprida – park the car and follow the “road” behind the local stores, look at your right. We will be near our flag or near the water

We suggest that you bring:

• Swimsuit + towel
• Sunscreen + hat / cap
• Comfortable t-shirt that can be wet
• Water + energy bar or similar

We can book stand up paddle tours, classes and rental at any day of the week on the following locations: Lagoa Comprida, Vale do Rossim, Barragem do Caldeirão, Barragem do Meimão, Barragem do Sabugal, Barragem da Capinha… or any other place you want to suggest !

Cancellation Policy:  
By customer’s initiative:
Up to 48h before the activity – full return of the amount paid.  
Up to 24h before the activity – 50% of the amount paid is returned.

By Let’s SUP initiative:
Our activities are conditioned by the weather. If, for reasons beyond our control or others, we have to cancel or relocate the activity, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will do everything at our range to find an alternative at your convenience. If we can’t, we will refund the full amount paid.

Note:
During the rental period, the customer is fully responsible for any and all damages caused to the rental equipment, to himself and to third parties.
